Guests must transfer to the property via boat and must arrange the transfers by contacting the property before travel, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. The front desk is open daily from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM. The front desk is staffed during limited hours. Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi. This property is accessible only by boat from Tonsai Pier to the resort at 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and from the resort to Tonsai Pier at 8 AM, 12:30 PM. The property offers longtail boat transfer, available for THB 200 one-way per person. To arrange transfers, contact the property in advance of arrival using the number provided on the booking confirmation email.
